About QHHT
"Access your inner wisdom.
Transform from within."
Through the work of Dolores Cannon (1931–2014) and her more than 40 years of exploration, QHHT was developed as a method to access deeper awareness.

The session: opening the doorway
A QHHT session is a full, immersive experience.
We begin with an in-depth conversation, where you share your story, your intentions, and the questions you would like to explore.
You are then gently guided into a deep state of relaxation.
From there, you explore what naturally presents itself—images, memories, and impressions, often experienced as past lives.
We then enter a dialogue with your subconscious, where clear and meaningful answers to your questions can emerge.
You remain aware throughout the process.
Nothing is imposed.
Everything arises from within you.
What this work can bring clarity to
People are often drawn to QHHT when they are looking for a deeper understanding of:
Recurring patterns that do not fully shift, despite insight or effort
Questions around life direction, purpose, or important decisions
Emotional or relational dynamics that remain unclear
A sense of being “stuck” without knowing why
Inner conflicts or recurring thoughts that are difficult to resolve
Experiences that feel significant, but are not fully understood
Some also come with questions related to their physical or emotional well-being—
not to treat symptoms, but to explore the deeper layers connected to what they experience
Why integration matters
A QHHT session can bring profound insight—and often immediate shifts.
At the same time, the experience can feel almost like a dream: deeply real in the moment, yet more difficult to hold onto once you return to the rhythm of daily life.
This is where integration becomes essential—so that the insights received from the subconscious can be understood, anchored, and lived.
Patterns that have developed over time do not always automatically reorganize.
They need to be revisited, integrated, and embodied.
